La boite contient dix-sept petits tiroirs de tailles différentes en bois de zelkova (keyaki) ainsi qu'un grand compartiment pour saké. Les tiroirs s'ouvrent en les poussant par des trous situés sur l'arrière de la boite. Période Taisho - Showa.
