Bol à thé japonais à glaçure marron clair de style Haku'an présentant une inscription d'un maitre Zen. L'objet est protégé d'une housse en brocard et rangé dans une boite. Un certificat par un maitre du thé figure sur la partie intérieure du couvercle de la boite. Haku'an était à l'origine un atelier de type Seto actif au début de la période Tokugawa. A l'origine, on dénommait les bols à thé Haku'an lorsqu'ils avaient appartenu à Soya Hakuan (1569-1630), médecin pendant la période Tokugawa. De nos jours, il ne reste environ qu'une dizaine de bols Hakuan qui s'avèrent authentiques. Période Bakumatsu / début Meiji. H.: 6 cm; D.: env. 13 cm. Hand-formed Japanese Haku'an teabowl inscribed with a text by a Zen master and covered with a light-brown glaze with a brocade cover in a box. The inside the lid of the box has an authentication by a tea master. Haku'an was originally a Seto-type kiln active around the start of the Tokugawa Period and named after tea bowls in possession of Soya Hakuan (1569-1630), a medical doctor of the Tokugawa. Only about ten tea bowls are regarded as genuine Hakuan tea bowls. Bakumatsu / early Meiji Period.
