Brasero (hibachi) en bois peint noir. L'objet, confectionné à partir d'un arbre, était à l'origine un mortier utilisé pour écraser le riz. D'après l'inscription sur la boite, le mortier fut converti en brasero en l'an 31 de l'ère Meiji (1898). L'objet a été restauré en utilisant des os selon la technique d'assemblage en queue d'aronde.
