Exceptionnel vase de bronze à patine matte dont la forme rappelle celle d'un chaudron «fu» utilisé en Chine du Nord pendant la période des royaumes combattants. Deux anses droites de forme carrée et un grand pied. Un des côté est décoré d'un cerf en bas-relief et l'autre d'une biche. Le grand pied est orné de quatre boutons. Marque sur le bas: Chûroku, en référence à l'honorable artisan sur bronze Neya Chûroku (1897-1987). Période Showa. H.: 26,7 cm, D.: 12,8 cm An exceptional bronze vase with a mat patine, its shape reminiscent of a fu-cauldron of Northern China during Warring States Period with two square straight handles and a tall foot. One side is decorated with a low relief of a stag, the other side with a doe, the tall foot with four knobs. Bottom mark: Chûroku, the name of the distinguished bronze artist Neya Chûroku (1897-1987). Showa period
