Figurine en bois doré représentant Bouddha Amida (Amitabha) assis en position de méditation. Ses mains font le geste de méditation (les palmes tournées vers le ciel) et les pouces se touchant (hokkai jin). La tête arbore des boucles de cheveux finement sculptées ainsi que des cristaux dans l'ushnisha (protubérance crânienne presque hémisphérique) et sur le front (urna). Les yeux sont incrustés et la dorure sur les vêtements se détache à certains endroits. Période début Edo. H.: 34,5 cm, l.: 29 cm. The head has fine carved curls and crystals in the ushnisha (supernatural cranial protuberance) and in the forehead (urna). With inlayed eyes, the garment with some loose of gilding. Early Edo period After age teste ,according to the Radiocarbon date test, this statue dates from the Muromachi period (1333-1568 AD)
