Important lot comprenant une grande boite à papier (ryoshibako) et une boite à calligraphie (suzuribako). Chaque boite a sa propre boite de rangement ainsi qu'une troisième boite pour ranger l'ensemble. Les deux boites sont décorées de laque takamaki-e dorée et argentée sur un fond saupoudré de laque dorée nashiji. Décors figurant un paysage autour du lac Omi. La boite à papier contient un plateau supplémentaire décoré de la même manière. La boite à calligraphie contient un pinceau, un encrier et un récipient à eau en forme de feuille d'érable.
