Statue en bois sobre représentant Kannon Bodhisattva en position debout. Sculpté dans une seule pièce de bois par Hattori Takayuki, maitre sculpteur de Hishu (Owari, partie ouest de l'actuelle préfecture d'Aichi). Dans sa boite d'origine datée Meiji 40 (1907) et signée par le sculpteur. Le caractère utilisé sur l'inscription de la boite signifie Sho-Kannon, « Kannon saint » ou « Kannon authentique » (si écrit avec un autre caractère): Un Kannon peut prendre six différentes formes, dont celle d'un humain comme celui-ci. Cette statue a beaucoup de points en commun avec la statue d'un Sho-Kannon qui se trouve dans le Hall Kondo du Toindo au temple de Yakuji à Nishinokyo (ville de Nara), Trésor National datant du début de la période Heian. The figure shows much similarity with the Sho-Kannon from the early Heian Period in the Kondo-Hall of the Toindo of the Yakuji temple in Nishinokyo in Nara, a National Treasure
