Imposante statue reprèsentant un Bouddha couronnè en position debout. De style Khmer en bois laquè et dorè la feuille. Pèriode post-Angkor. Debout en samapada, faisant d'une main (endommagèe) le geste de protection (abhaya mudra). L"autre main fait le geste du don (varada mudra). Porte une robe sanghati sobre èvasèe sur les cÙtès et une ceinture large (uttakhut). Son visage rond porte une expression sereine, un sourire doux et des yeux en forme d'amande. Ce type de statue ètait enduit d'une première couche de laque noire, d'une seconde couche de laque rouge et pour finir ètaient dorèes la feuille. Cambodge, dèbut XIXème siècle.
