Il est flanqué des deux bodhisattvas traditionnels : Kannon 観 音 (Avalokiteśvara) à droite et Seishi 勢 至 (Mahāsthāmaprāpta) à gauche. Au dessous, Honda no Yoshimitsu (également connu sous le nom de Zenkō), fondateur du temple Zenkō-ji, et sa femme. Couleur et encre sur papier, avec des bordures en soie brochée ornées.
