Grand rouleau thangka tibétain peint et figurant un mandala (s'inspirant probablement du texte Vajravali (Guirlande de diamant), symbole de ?l'univers et utilisé lors des sessions de méditation. De style ancien rappelant le groupe de mandala du monastère de Ngor. Avec au dos une inscription consacrée avec cinq caractères sanskrit. Début XXème siècle. H.: 125 cm; l.: 103 cm. Large Tibetan painted thangka depicting a mandala (probably based on ?the Vajravali (Diamond Garland) text; a symbolic representation of the universe and an aid to meditation in ancient style reminiscent of the set of mandala of Ngor Monastery. At the back a consecration inscription with five Sanskrit characters. Early 20th Century.
